Purchasing and Setting up the Plantronics Calisto 7200 Conference Phone

Departments are responsible for purchasing VoIP-compatible conference phones. Before purchasing a device, please consult with IT Services for the latest recommendation.

The Plantronics Calisto is a portable device for small meetings. The device has a microphone range of 10 feet and requires a USB or Bluetooth connection to a computer or other device with internet access.

VoIP conference phones are linked to their conference rooms using Exchange resource accounts. Before getting started, your meeting room must be registered as an Exchange resource.
