Overview
The UARK Help Portal is a self-service platform designed to streamline your experience with university services and support. Whether you're a student navigating academic resources, a faculty member managing courses and research, a staff member handling administrative tasks, or a parent seeking information, the Help Portal simplifies your journey through centralized access to information, services, and assistance. The UARK Help Portal powered by TeamDynamix.

To gain access to the full site and its features, Sign In on the top right of the page (desktop) or from the menu icon (mobile view).
Key Features
You can use the UARK Help Portal to:
- Search for help articles, services, and request forms (see screenshot below as 1)
- Browse the Services to request assistance or submit a ticket (see screenshot below as 2)
- Read step-by-step instructions and guidance in the Knowledge Base (see screenshot below as 3)
- Sign in to view and track your submitted tickets. Ticket are found under Services (see screenshot below as 2)

Tip: If you are not sure what to search for, start by browsing Services. Browsing services helps ensure your request is routed to the correct support team.
Access
- Visit the UARK Help Portal at help.uark.edu.
- Sign In using your UARK account. Once signed on, you'll be able to access the full site.
