Add an attachment to a request (ticket)

  1. Open your request.
  2. In the right-hand panel, locate the Attachments section.

  3. Select the plus (+) button in the top-right corner of the Attachments section.

  4. Select From your computer, then browse to and select your file.

  5. Select Upload.
  6. Your attachment will appear in the Attachments section.
