Overview
A Reportable IT Project is temporary, coordinated work with a defined start and end, a specific goal, and a measurable outcome that falls outside routine operational work, tickets, and formal IT PMO oversight. Reporting these projects gives IT teams and leadership a more complete view of work across the university, demonstrates IT’s value, and supports collaboration, planning, and informed decision-making. Central and federated IT units are responsible for identifying their projects, while the designated Project Manager submits and maintains each project in TeamDynamix by following the quick-reference steps below.
- Visit projects.uark.edu. Sign in with UARK account, if necessary.
- Complete and submit the form
