Some parts of a knowledge base article are weighted more heavily for search, which means the search engine considers content in those fields more important and gives it greater influence when determining the relevance and ranking of results. Matches found in weighted fields are more likely to rank higher and be returned to users.
When you create a knowledge base article, keep in mind the weights of the different fields and make sure to use terms in these fields that people might search for when looking for the information that is in that article.
