Requests can be for individual departments, cross-functional teams, or university-wide needs. Our team collaborates with subject matter experts to design training aligned with campus strategy and your team’s goals.
Once submitted, a member of the IT Training and Outreach group (Develop IT team) will contact you to assess the need, audience, format, timeline, and any existing content that can be leveraged. This ensures the most efficient and impactful learning experience.
