Develop IT provides technology training that helps University of Arkansas faculty, staff, and student employees effectively use university-supported technologies. Services include instructor-led workshops, self-paced online courses, knowledge base articles, job aids, webinars, videos, and technology onboarding resources.

Create IT Training & Support
Develop IT partners with UITS departments to plan, develop, and improve technology training for new and existing IT services. Support includes training consultation, instructional design, learning strategy, curriculum development, knowledge base content, documentation, change communications, and training effectiveness evaluation.
This service helps IT teams deliver consistent, user-centered learning experiences that improve technology adoption, reduce support requests, and increase customer success.
