Set up a new secondary/non-primary UARK account

Summary

Set up a new secondary/non-primary UARK account

Body

Note: If you are a new student or employee needing to set up your new primary UARK account, see our instructions to Set up a new primary UARK account.

A secondary/non-primary UARK account will be active and ready for setup 24 hours after the owner has received notification that the account has been created.

To set up a new non-primary UARK account, you will use:

  • Your primary UARK account email. Secondary accounts have the owner’s primary UARK account email address as the email verification method. The email address can be changed, but cannot be changed back to the primary UARK account email address.
  • The phone number you have registered with your primary UARK account.
  • The new secondary/non-primary account email address that was created from your request.

Step 1: Set a password

  1. Go to:
    https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

  2. Enter the email address of the new secondary account in the Email or Username field, and complete the Captcha field. Click Next.
