Overview
Tickets are updated by the Technician as they work to resolve the ticket request. Best practice is to update the fields as necessary:
- New Status
- Responsible
- Comments
- Attachments
- Knowledge Base Article (attach existing or create a new article)
- any other required fields
Note: All ticket updates are sent as an email notifications to the Requestor.
