Troubleshooting: Resetting a VoIP desk phone

If you are locked out of your phone and do not remember your unlock code, try the following:

1. Unplug the cable from the phone that goes to the wall.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Plug the cable back in.
4. Hold the Menu and OK buttons on the phone until the screen flashes. This will prompt the registration process.
5. Sign into your VoIP desk phone.
6. When registration is complete, your phone will prompt you to create a 6-digit unlock code (e.g. 654321). Re-enter the unlock code and press Save.   

If the login still opens the old account after the phone reset, try opening the login link in a private/incognito window.
