Signing into Your VoIP Desk Phone

If you are using a legacy AudioCodes 405HD or 445HD desk phone, see Using legacy AudioCodes 405HD standard and 445HD admin desk phones.

Note: If you have reset your UARK password, you must sign out of your device and then sign back in.

Sign into your VoIP desk phone with your UARK Office 365 account.

  1. Press Sign-in.
  2. The phone will display a link and a pairing code. Open your web browser and go to the link.
Note: You might need to use a private browser window for secondary and CAP accounts. If a secondary account is associated with the phone, you must sign in using the secondary account username and password.
  3. When prompted for Device Login, enter the pairing code displayed on your phone. Click Continue.
  4. Enter or select your email address. Log in with your @uark.edu email address and UARK password. Confirm you are signing into the Teams SIP Gateway.
It might take a few minutes for your phone to complete registration.
  5. When registration is complete, your phone will prompt you to create a 6-digit unlock code (e.g. 654321). Re-enter the unlock code and press Save.
To turn off the unlock code, press Menu, select Settings and then select Device Security. Scroll down and change the "Locking the Device" option to Disabled.

Your phone will display your campus phone number on the screen.
