Adobe Sign for Managing Electronic Signatures

Adobe Sign is required for employees who need to create signature requests and workflows. Adobe Sign is not included with Creative Cloud and must be requested separately. Use the link on the right to request Adobe Sign. Grad assistants and student employees must have their request submitted by their supervisor. Departments will be billed at $1.58 per transaction. Requests take up to two business days to be processed.

Adobe Sign integrates with Adobe Acrobat. Employees who only need to sign documents can do so using Adobe Acrobat and do not need Adobe Sign. Also, not all workflows require a digital signature. In many cases, digital form tools can capture an agreement or approval from a signed-in user at no cost and in a digital-friendly format rather than a PDF.
