  • To download Acrobat Pro, go to adobe.com and put your uark.edu email into the login screen. Then choose "Company or School Account," then "University of Arkansas."
  • Once you've logged in, you will be able to see and download the software you have access to.
  • If you still need to request access, please use the request link at the right.

Adobe Creative Cloud License Information

  • Adobe Creative Cloud licenses are available to university employees at a cost of $41 per year. Licenses are not pro-rated.
  • Requests for licenses will be sent to your department's designated Adobe contact for approval.

Adobe Sign License Information

  • Adobe Sign is required for employees who need to create signature requests and workflows. Adobe Sign users will be charged $1.58 per transaction.
  • Employees who only need to sign documents can do so using Adobe Acrobat.
  • Keep in mind that not all workflows require a digital signature. In many cases, digital form tools can capture an agreement or approval from a signed-in user at no cost and in a digital-friendly format rather than a PDF. For more information, see (knowledge article) or request consultation (link to Automation Consulting service)

Student License Information

  • Students can now purchase licenses on a monthly basis directly from Adobe, rather than through the university.

  • You can also use Creative Cloud in the on-campus Tech Spot labs at no additional cost. Check with your department for additional lab locations to access Creative Cloud.
