Adobe Acrobat License Information

Adobe Acrobat Pro is automatically available to full-time employees and graduate assistants.

Adobe Creative Cloud License Information

Adobe Creative Cloud licenses are available upon request by university employees for use on university-owned computers at a cost of $41 per year. Licenses are not pro-rated. Requests for licenses will be sent to your department's designated Adobe contact for approval.

Adobe Sign License Information

Adobe Sign is for employees who need to create signature requests and workflows to request signatures from other users. Employees who only need to sign documents do not need Adobe Sign and can sign documents using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Also, not all workflows require a digital signature. Please see our knowledge base article on Adobe Sign for more information and options. Adobe Sign users will be charged $1.58 per transaction.
