Adobe Sign for Managing Electronic Signatures

Summary

Adobe Sign is the recommended solution for managing electronic signatures.

Body

Adobe Sign integrates with Adobe Acrobat and is for employees who need to create signature requests and workflows to request signatures from other users. Employees who only need to sign documents do not need Adobe Sign and can sign documents using Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Not all workflows require a digital signature.

In many cases, digital form tools can capture an agreement or approval from a signed-in user at no cost and in a digital-friendly format rather than a PDF. For more information, Request Automation Consultation using the button on the right.

Departments will be billed $1.58 per transaction. Requests take up to two business days to be processed. Use the Request Adobe License button on the right to request Adobe Sign. Grad assistants and student employees must have their request submitted by their supervisor. Adobe Sign is not included with Adobe Creative Cloud and must be requested separately.

Request Adobe Support using the button on the right.

See Adobe Accounts for Faculty and Staff for information on logging into and managing your Adobe account.
