PrintSmart Printing Quota and Prices | Check Account Balance and Add Funds | Request a Refund
PrintSmart allows you to print to a Tech Spot Computer Lab. On campus, you must use UARK Wi-Fi (not Guest or Registered) when sending a file to print. If you are off campus, connect with GlobalProtect VPN.

PrintSmart Printing Quota and Prices
Each semester, students receive a $35 print quota, usable for black-and-white or color printing:
- B/W single-sided: $0.10/page
- B/W double-sided: $0.08/page
- Color single-sided: $0.50/page
Check Account Balance and Add Funds to Increase Printing Quota
Check your print quota anytime by logging in at printsmart.uark.edu with your UARK username and password.
To add funds, click Add Credit in the left navigation and transfer money to PrintSmart.
Note: transfers are non-refundable.
Request a Refund
If your print job had an issue (e.g., paper jam or poor quality), request a refund at printsmart.uark.edu. Log in with your UARK username, go to Recent Print Jobs, and select Request Refund. Refunds are processed within one week.
