Using Outlook with UARK Email

Outlook Online is the primary email service for student, faculty, and staff UARK accounts. Log into Outlook Online with your full @uark.edu email address and UARK password. If prompted, select Office 365, or install Outlook for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. Or install the Outlook client on your computer and/or mobile device.

Outlook comes with the Office 365 apps suite for your laptop or desktop computer:

  1. Log into office.uark.edu with your @uark.edu email address and password.
  2. Click Install Office in the top-right corner of the page.

Note: When setting up the Outlook desktop client on Mac, make sure to select Office 365 as your provider.

Outlook as a standalone app is also available for mobile devices from the Apple and Google stores.

Quota: 50GB
50GB is the maximum mailbox size, but archived mail is unlimited.

Shared mailboxes

Departmental accounts like "help@uark.edu" can be converted or created as shared mailboxes to allow your office to send and receive email using a single account.

Request to set up a shared mailbox for your departmental account.
