Purchasing VoIP Desk Phones with Models and Pricing

AudioCodes IP phones for use with the University of Arkansas VoIP phone service are available for purchase. Budgeting and purchasing of these devices are the responsibility of the individual department or unit.

IT Services recommends newer desk phone models that are fully compatible with Teams; however, the current legacy desk phones will continue to function with some limitations.

If your office needs additional network ports, IT Services will install a managed network switch. Request a new network drop.

VoIP phone institutional purchasing

  1. Visit GovConnection to view available AudioCode products.
  2. Locate the MFG or GovConnection part number for each of the requested products. 
  3. Submit a Requisition Request Form including the MFG or GovConnection part numbers.
  4. IT Services will create the requisition from the information attached to the request form, and the requestor will receive an email with the RQ number for approval awareness.

The AudioCodes C435HD IP Phone can be used as a common area phone. It has a 4.3” color landscape-oriented LCD screen, detachable base, wall mount, and Teams button. Note: The 435HD IP Phone now offers the consultative transfer function.
