You must use Outlook to receive mail sent to your UARK account.
Missing emails often have been misdirected into the Junk Email folder or into Quarantine.
First check your Junk Email folder in Outlook. Also try searching for the email in case it was saved to a folder.
If the missing emails are not in the Junk Email folder, the next place to look is Quarantine. Quarantine can’t be accessed directly from Outlook. To see a listing of any emails that have been quarantined from your account, go to the Quarantine page.
To remove from quarantine emails you know are safe, check the box of the emails to recover, and click Request Release. These emails will be released to the security team, and if approved, they will be delivered to your Outlook email inbox.
You can then mark the email as safe and prevent email from a specific sender or any sender from that domain from being blocked by clicking the Junk button on the Home ribbon in Outlook for Windows and selecting "Never Block Sender” or “Never Block Sender’s Domain”.
If emails from safe senders are consistently sent to the quarantine, the incident should be reported to the security team.
If the missing emails are not in the Junk Email folder or in Quarantine, there are some other possibilities and things to try.
- Try updating Outlook for Windows.
- Try using Outlook on the web.
- Try signing out of Outlook and signing back in.
