JMP Genomics is a statistical discovery software system that includes SAS and JMP and is for integrated statistical analysis of genetic marker, microarray, and spectral data used to extract the maximum amount of useful information from data. JMP Genomics is used to find meaningful patterns in high-throughput genetics, expression, copy number and proteomics data and uses interactive graphics to explore data relationships with a comprehensive set of traditional and advanced statistical algorithms.
JMP Genomics is available for Windows only to faculty, staff, and students at no cost. This license applies only to teaching and research use.
Use the Request Research Software button on the right to request JMP Genomics. In the request form, select JMP, and request JMP Genomics in the Questions, Comments, or Details field.
