Overview
A Learning Path in LinkedIn Learning is a curated sequence of courses designed to guide learners through a structured journey toward mastering a specific skill set or achieving a career goal. Using a Learning Path helps learners upskill efficiently by following a clear roadmap rather than picking random courses. These can easily be added to anyone's in individual development plan.
Key Features
- Curated Content: It’s a playlist of related courses, often created by subject matter experts, to provide a comprehensive learning experience.
- Structured Progression: Courses are organized from foundational concepts to advanced topics, ensuring step-by-step skill development.
- Additional Resources: Many paths include quizzes, articles, and project templates to reinforce learning.
- Completion Certificate: After finishing a path, learners can earn a certificate and share it on their LinkedIn profile to showcase their skills.
Customizing Learning Paths
Learning Paths can be created or customized by Learning Admins. They can be be tailored to align to business goals and provide the benefit of fostering the sharing of a common language and setting expectations. If you are interested in creating or curating a Learning Path please complete the Request to Create IT Training form.
How to find a Learning Path
- First log into LinkedIn Learning with your UARK account.
- Select the search bar and type in a skill or topic.
- Either, apply the pre-populated filter Learning Path from the top of the search list
- Or select All filters > check Learning Paths > select Show results.
Tip: Each Learning Path will state the total length of training in hours and minutes.
