Please follow the steps below to reassign a workflow to start the workflow from the beginning.
- Open the ticket with the active workflow.
- From the ticket view, click Actions under the General tab.
- Choose Reassign Workflow as illustrated below.

- In the dialog, pick the same workflow that is currently attached.
- Click Save to reattach it - this resets the woflow and begins it from step 1.
You'll notice the Workflow panel refresh on the ticket dashboard, indicating it restarted.
