Restart/Reassign a Workflow

Please follow the steps below to reassign a workflow to start the workflow from the beginning. 

  1. Open the ticket with the active workflow.
  2. From the ticket view, click Actions under the General tab.
  3. Choose Reassign Workflow as illustrated below.

  4. In the dialog, pick the same workflow that is currently attached.
  5. Click Save to reattach it - this resets the woflow and begins it from step 1. 

You'll notice the Workflow panel refresh on the ticket dashboard, indicating it restarted.
