The Process Innovation (HCM & Finance): Business Process Management team leads the design, optimization, and governance of business processes across Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance within Workday. By unifying expertise across people, positions, payroll, budgeting, procurement, finance, and accounting, the team delivers a coordinated and strategic approach to process improvement that ensures operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with institutional priorities.

Process Innovation (HCM & Finance): Business Process Management operates under the leadership of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Strategic Data and Process Innovation within the Division of Finance and Administration. The department provides centralized governance for business process management, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and accountability across all process-related work.
