The Global Campus (GC) supports academic colleges and schools with the development of online offerings at or by the University of Arkansas. GC will work with you to develop goals and objectives for expanding and enhancing online offerings designed to provide students across Arkansas – and beyond – with the educational opportunities they need to achieve their academic and professional goals.
Faculty will submit the Online Course Development Application form to initiate the process of:
- Obtaining approval and support from your department and college/school to ensure that the development/rebuild of an online course is in line with the college’s or school’s strategic academic plan.
- Gaining the support of the Instructional Design and Support Services team, per Academic Policy 1650.10, who will help you build your course, assist with meeting relevant compliance requirements, and share nationally recognized best practices in online teaching.
