Printing

  1. Ensure you are on the UARK Wi-Fi (NOT Guest or Registered)
    1. If you are off campus, make sure you’re logged into the Global Protect VPN
    2. Your log in for the wi-fi is your regular UARK email and password
    3. You might need to forget the guest or registered wi-fi
  2. In any Internet browser, go to printsmart.uark.edu
  3. Log in with your UARK Credentials (email and password)
  4. Press “Submit a Job” (Green button, top of page)
  5. Use any of the bottom 4 printer options
    1. The printing functions are listed on the right-hand side of the page
      • Duplex means back-to-back / virtual means single sheet
    2. Do not select the Chem Lab printer unless you are in the Chem Lab
    3. Color printing is available at the Union Computer Lab and Mullins
      • The color printers will NOT print duplex
  6. Press the green “Print Options and Account Selection” button
  7. Type in the number of copies you wish to print
  8. Press the green “Upload Documents” button
  9. Drag and Drop documents into the box or press the green “Upload from computer” button and select the documents you wish to upload
  10. Press the green “Upload & Complete” button
  11. When the submitted documents are “held in queue”, login to the print release stations located near the printers and press “Print” or “Print All” to release the documents to the printers
    1. Documents not released in a 2-3 hour period will be automatically cancelled
