Getting the TeamDynamix Mobile app
TeamDynamix Mobile includes support for Tickets, Assets, Configuration Items, People and Locations.

article to download TeamDynamix Mobile from the App Store or Google Play store..
To register the app, log into
TDNext
, and click the
Applications Menu tab
(waffle icon) in the upper left corner, and then click
Downloads
.
In the listing on the Downloads page, find and click
TeamDynamix Mobile
.
Open the TeamDynamix Mobile app on your device, and tap the scan icon to scan the QR code on the TeamDynamix Mobile page or type in the
TeamDynamix Instance ID
and tap OK.
Log in with your UARK email and password. If prompted by MFA to authenticate, get the number from the TeamDynamix Mobile app to use in the Authenticator app.
