Overview
AI Role Play on LinkedIn Learning is an AI-powered human skill practice tool. It helps to practice high-stakes conversations and build confidence in essential skills such as communication, providing feedback, performance conversations and customer service through realistic, interactive role-play scenarios. Instead of only watching or reading about best practices, learners actively practice high-stakes conversations in a safe, low-risk environment.
Scenarios can be selected from a pre-made list or created by the learner. Each session will start with reviewing the scenario: What this conversation is about (problem), What makes it successful (goal), and Who the conversation is between (information about learner's role and conversation partner's role). It will then go through a role play scenario utilizing the learner's microphone to input their response. Each scenario will last 5-10 minutes. After the conclusion of each scenario practice run, feedback is provided to the learner on Strengths, Areas of improvement, Feedback from your transcript, and concludes with a list of recommended LinkedIn Learning content. This makes it especially effective for building confidence, reinforcing frameworks, and preparing for real-world workplace interactions.
Note: Though the scenarios are automatically saved and shareable, the feedback is not saved. If you wish to save your feedback, you can copy and paste the feedback and save the content elsewhere for later reference.

You can access AI-Role Play tool from LinkedIn Learning only on the web browser. Be sure to log in using your UARK email address.

- Select the LinkedIn Learning logo. Note: The My Apps dashboard is customizable and may not be listed alphabetically.
