Overview
All UARK accounts have free access to LinkedIn Learning. These steps outline how to browse by topic on the platform. Browsing by topic offers several benefits:
- Discover new areas of interest you may not have otherwise searched for.
- Develop skills more broadly, rather than focusing narrowly on one technical or professional area.
- Explore curated learning paths designed to support both immediate goals and long-term career growth.
- Gain inspiration for competencies you may want to build in the future.
Before you start
Ensure you have access to LinkedIn Learning, either in the browser or on the mobile app. Log in using your UARK account. If you do not have access to LinkedIn Learning please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.
Steps
- On desktop, click the menu button in the top-left corner (☰).
- Select Browse.
- Continue browsing by selecting Business, Technology, Creative, or the University of Arkansas topics and Learning Paths.
What's next
Big area topics to browse are Business, Technology, Creative, and University of Arkansas-curated and each has their own tab on the top of the Browse page in the desktop/laptop view.
Each tab will have an area dedicated to top trending Topics at the top, Learning Paths, list of all relevant Topics, Skill Evaluations, and Software training suggestions. Explore more of these features in the Related Articles section.
