Microsoft BookingsBookings Overview

Microsoft Bookings is a scheduling tool included with Microsoft 365 that allows faculty, staff, and departments at the University of Arkansas to create personalized booking pages for meetings, office hours, advising sessions, and other appointments. It integrates with Teams for virtual meetings and with Outlook calendars for automated confirmation emails, reminders, and calendar updates. Bookings helps reduce the back-and-forth of scheduling by enabling others to view real-time availability and book time slots directly.

Note: Microsoft Bookings is best suited for external appointments and public-facing scheduling. Internal meeting scheduling is typically handled via Outlook.
