Using Zoom for Meetings

Students, faculty and staff can join and start instant Zoom meetings, use their Personal Meeting ID, or schedule meetings for up to 300 participants. Webinars and large meetings are also available by request.

Log in

Go to the UARK Zoom Web Portal and click Join, Host or Sign In. Log in using your your @uark.edu email address and password.

To sign in from the Zoom app, click Sign in with SSO.

You may need to enter "uark" in the Company or Domain field. 

Note: If you are already logged in with a non-UARK account, select Switch Account from the Profile menu.

The Zoom for Outlook Add-In allows you to use Outlook when scheduling Zoom meetings, and the meetings will be added to your Outlook calendar.
Your pronouns, location, and phone number can be updated in your Zoom profile, but due to administrative security settings at the university, many items in your profile cannot be changed.
