The Get Started website is the University of Arkansas' central onboarding resource for technology. It helps new and returning univeristy affiliates activate their and use their UARK account.
The site organizes information by audience (Profile), making it easier to locate the resources most relevant to you.

- Visit its.uark.edu/get-started.
- Select your Profile:
- Student
- Faculty
- Staff
- Parent
- Review the technology information and service available for your profile selection.
- (Optional) In the section Connect with Tech, select an option to stay up to date with technology services changes and updates:
- Subscribe to ITSNews- This is a weekly newsletter sent on Wednesdays about IT updates and changes.
- IT Status & Alerts - This site shows the live status of all enterprise-level software. When there is an outage, it will show up here.
