Ideal Logic Registration Lifecycle Workflow

Overview
Program Administrators use Ideal Logic to manage the full lifecycle of a program registration—from the moment a participant begins registering through attendance tracking and reporting.
Understanding how these steps connect helps administrators work more efficiently and maintain accurate program records. Most administrative actions follow a predictable workflow: registrations are created, occasionally edited or canceled, financial adjustments may occur, attendance is recorded during the event, and reports are generated afterward.
This article provides a visual overview of the Ideal Logic registration lifecycle and links to the step-by-step procedures used at each stage.
