How to Generate Printable Reports (Rosters, Check-In Lists, and Check-Out Lists)

Overview
Printable reports allow administrators to create documents used during program operations, such as participant rosters, check-in lists, attendance sheets, or consent forms.
These reports are generated automatically from program registration data.
Before You Start
Steps
1. Sign in to the Ideal Logic administrator portal.
2. Open the Program Dashboard.
3. Select the program.
4. Locate the Print Reports option.
5. Select the type of report you want to generate, such as:
6. Select Generate Report.
7. Print or download the report.
Tip: Print reports can save significant time compared to manually creating spreadsheets for event management.

The report can be used for on-site event operations such as check-in or attendance tracking.
