How to Cancel a Registration in Ideal Logic 

Audience: Program Administrators 
Responsible Group: IT Training and Outreach 

Overview 

If a participant decides not to attend a program, Program Administrators can cancel their registration in Ideal Logic. 

Canceling a registration removes the participant from active attendance and roster lists while maintaining a historical record. 

Before You Start 

  • Participant name  

  • Access to the program registration list  

Steps 

1. Sign in to the Ideal Logic administrator portal.  

2. Open the Program Dashboard.  

3. Select the program or event.  

4. Open the Registrations list.  

5. Locate the participant’s registration.  

6. Select the participant’s Registration Record.  

7. Select Cancel Registration.  

8. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.  

Tip: Ideal Logic may allow participants to request cancellations automatically if that feature is enabled by the program administrator. 

What’s Next 

The participant will no longer appear on the active roster for the program.
