Systems & Access Overview

This article outlines required systems, access processes, and supporting resources for members of the Department of Business Process Management (BPM). These systems support daily operations, project work, documentation, and collaboration.

System Access Process More Information
Workday Tenants Submit a request through Jira. Your director will approve and submit the Jira access request.

Tenants Needed:
UASYS1 (Report Writer Tenant)
UASYS2 (Daily Refresh Tenant)
UASYS5 (Development / Testing Tenant)

Workday Access Request KBA
Jira Access the Jira Service Desk Portal. Work with your director to submit the request for access. Jira Access Request KBA
TeamDynamix (TDX)
Public & Admin
Request submitted through TDX for access to Admin, KBAs, Projects, and Service Requests. TDX Access Request KBA
TDX Groups Ensure assignment to appropriate KBA and Service Request groups. A current team member will add you to BPM groups. TDX Groups Access KBA
Workday Community Requested through Jira. Provides access to documentation and release updates. Workday Community Access KBA
Workday Training Subscription Requested through Jira. Provides access to official training resources. Workday Training Subscription Access KBA
Microsoft Teams & Channels Access to department Teams Groups and Channels.

Microsoft Bookings Members must set up individual Bookings and will be added to department bookings. Bookings Overview KBA
