Use this form to request an update to one or more Institutional Proposals in Streamlyne. Submitted proposals will remain in a "Pending" status until they are updated. Funded proposals are automatically updated as part of the award setup process, but OSP will need to be notified of proposals that are not funded or withdrawn in order to keep Streamlyne data up to date for current and pending reports.
