This form is not intended for data requests from the public. If you are a member of the public, please address all requests to University Relations.
This is for ad hoc data requests only. If you have a request that is more project oriented, please email details to osai@uark.edu.
Please provide a business justification in the Purpose of Request field and let us know what you are trying to achieve. If you are requesting data for the purposes of research, make sure you have all the necessary approvals, such as IRB. We will do our best to meet the due date you specify but may not be able to due to team workload. Also, we can only fill student requests for data when time allows. During busy periods, we usually cannot accommodate student requests.
By submitting this request, you agree to the supervision of this data and will ensure that it is not used for any purpose other than what is specified here and that it will not be released to a third party or an off-campus agency, unless prior agreement is made. You also agree to abide by the Code of Computing Practices.
