Transit and Parking Feedback Service

Use this form to share feedback, compliments, questions, complaints, or to report an incident related to Transit and Parking Services. You may choose to submit anonymously or include your contact information if you would like to receive a response. 

Each submission creates a ticket that is reviewed by the appropriate Transit and Parking staff member. Our staff will take appropriate action to address the issue as needed. If you would like a response, please include your contact information so we can follow up with you. 


Transit and Parking at the University of Arkansas

University of Arkansas Parking is responsible for providing, maintaining and patrolling all campus parking facilities which includes 117 parking lots, four parking garages and approximately 14,000 parking spaces.

Razorback Transit offers fare-free, fixed-route bus, and on-demand, ADA-accessible services for students and the public, covering campus and Fayetteville. Key options include 12+ bus routes, SafeRide for late-night transport, and specialized paratransit vans. These services operate during peak and non-peak hours, with additional routes for games and in coordination with local Ozark Regional Transit.

Transit Bus
Razorback Transit (Fixed-Route Bus): Operates 12+ routes with over 220 total stops between campus and the city of Fayetteville.

Paratransit: A demand-responsive, curb-to-curb service for passengers with disabilities, operating alongside fixed routes.
Saferide van
Safe Ride: A free, late-night service to transport students from uncomfortable situations from any location within Fayetteville city limits and transport you to your residence as indicated on UAConnect.
E-Scooters: Spin and Veo scooters are available for short-distance, on-campus travel, allowed on trails and in bike lanes.
Walking & Biking: Transit encourages the campus community to explore alternative transportation options like walking and biking, and all Razorback Transit buses are equipped with bike racks to promote Biking & Riding to and from campus.

Service Details:

  • Cost: All Razorback Transit services are free.
  • Schedules: Peak service operates Mon-Sat (roughly 7:00 a.m. to 11 p.m. during semesters), while non-peak (reduced 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) service runs during breaks.
  • Tracking: Real-time location tracking is available via the PassioGo! app.
