IT Services provides support for analog phones using the legacy AT&T landline service. This service information is for AT&T analog phones only! The campus standard for phone service is VoIP.

Long-distance codes are no longer required when calling out from an on-campus telephone. 

To report a problem with an analog/landline phone, create a ticket.

  • Report a problem or get information about the on-campus phone number you're calling from, dial 0. 
  • Local and long-distance off-campus calls: Dial 9 and then enter the phone number.  
    Example: 9-###-#### or 9-1-###-###-####
  • Toll-free call: Dial 9, then 1, and then the ten-digit number. 
    Example: 9-1-800-###-####
