Set call forwarding and simultaneous ring

We recommend installing Teams on your mobile device instead of setting a forward. With the Teams app, you can set Quiet Hours to mute notifications during meetings or your off-time.

Forwarding, call groups and simultaneous ring features must be set using Microsoft Teams.

Transfer calls

While a call is in progress, press BXfer and enter the phone number. Press Trans to transfer the call.

For additional transfer options, including Consultation Transfer, press the Call Menu.

Check voicemail

Whether you are using a desk phone or Microsoft Teams, voicemail is easy with VoIP.

Voicemail messages are emailed to you as a transcript and an audio file.

To check voicemail from your AudioCodes 405HD or 445HD desk phone, press the Voicemail key and select the message to listen, call back or delete.

See the instructions for checking voicemail from the Teams app.

Note: Voicemail deleted from Outlook or Teams is permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved from your desk phone.

Set voicemail greeting

Your voicemail is already set up with an automated greeting, so you are not required to take any action.

To set up a personalized greeting in the Microsoft Teams app:

  1. Click your profile icon and select Settings.
  2. Click the Calls tab and then click Configure Voicemail.
  3. Follow the prompts to record your greeting.
Note: We recommend doing this in a quiet location with a headset microphone.
