Log into Adobe
Students
Students can use Creative Cloud applications in the on-campus Tech Spot labs, as well as from home using the Remote Lab virtual desktop.
Students can purchase Adobe Creative Cloud Student Licenses on a monthly basis directly from Adobe. Select the Students & Teachers tab on Adobe’s Plans and Pricing page.
Faculty and Staff
Faculty and staff can use Creative Cloud applications in the on-campus Tech Spot labs, as well as from home using the Remote Lab virtual desktop.
Adobe Creative Cloud is available upon request for use on university-owned computers. Adobe Sign is not included with Creative Cloud. Departments are billed for Creative Cloud licensing on an annual basis. Graduate assistants and student employees requiring Creative Cloud will need a supervisor to submit the request on their behalf. The full Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) will be offered on an as-needed basis. Contact your department for details on how to request other non-Acrobat products.
Adobe Acrobat Pro is automatically available to full-time employees and graduate assistants. To install Acrobat Pro, log into Adobe.com with your UARK email address and select "Company or School Account."
Computer Lab Licensing
Adobe Creative Cloud is available to install in campus computer labs at no cost. Tech support and lab administrators can submit a request for Adobe licenses for computer labs and shared workstations.
Adobe Sign
Adobe Sign is not included with Creative Cloud from the university. Learn more about Adobe Sign.
Troubleshooting
Having login issues? Try logging out and logging back in.
If prompted to choose from multiple accounts, select the 'University of Arkansas' account (employees only).
Check Your Credentials
If you have already purchased a license from Adobe for Creative Cloud and upon log in you are prompted to pay for a subscription, log out of the account in the Creative Cloud application. When logging back into Adobe:
- Enter your @uark.edu email address as the username.
- You should be prompted to select what account type you wish to log in to.
- Select the option for Adobe ID – Personal Account. Use the password you set when you purchased the account, not your uark.edu password.
If you are using the Adobe Express license through the University, select the option for EnterpriseID – Company or school account. When the university's login screen appears, log in as you normally would for your email or other university services.
Do not enter your UARK password in the initial Adobe login screen.
No Login Prompt
If you are not prompted to log in, please log out of the Adobe website, and then log back in using your credentials as outlined above.
Creative Cloud Not Available
Students – If you do not see the option to install Creative Cloud from the Adobe website, please verify that you have purchased a subscription from Adobe and logged in to the Adobe ID-Personal Account as directed above.
Faculty / Staff – Your process has not changed. You will continue to log in with your UARK credentials as you have in the past.
