The UARK Help Portal (help.uark.edu) is run on the TeamDynamix platform.  The TeamDynamix Knowledge Base is the university's collection of self-service articles that help the campus community find information, troubleshooting issues, and complete common university processes. It can also be used for internal documentation of processes and procedures.

The Knowledge Base is comprised of articles that are searchable and provide a variety of documentation such as:

  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Frequently Asked Questions
  • Quick Reference Guides
  • Job Aids
  • Process Descriptions
  • Workflows
  • and much more

All university departments, colleges, schools, division, etc. are able to onboard to TeamDynamix for their service management needs. For more information about onboarding your department, please contact the Technology Learning & Development team
