Using the Perceptive Content WebApp

Perceptive Content is used with the document management system to store and retrieve electronic documents. The Perceptive Content WebApp is available for light use to manually add scanned images or existing electronic documents to Perceptive Content. VPN is required for connecting to the WebApp.

Perceptive Contents is available to faculty and staff only.

To get started, connect to VPN.

Log into the WebApp with your UARK username and password.

For heavier use, complex workflows and batch scanning, install Perceptive Content for Windows

System Requirements and Recommendations

The Perceptive Content WebApp requires a 2.0GHz or greater processor. A dual core processor is recommended for increased performance. Other requirements include:

  • Minimum disk space: 50MB, excluding Java requirements
  • Minimum screen resolution: 1024 x 768. Recommended screen resolution: 1280 x 1024 SVGA
  • Recommended internet speed: 1.5Mb/s upload
