Workday Student Friends and Family Parent Portal

When a student grants access to Workday Student through the Friends and Family Parent Portal for a parent or other third party, the parent will receive two emails, one containing a new Workday Student username and the other with a temporary password to use for initial login. The first time logging will require the temporary password to be reset and a new password created.

If you are unable to log in, make sure you are using the username from the email you received, and make sure you are using either the temporary password you were emailed (if you’ve never logged in) or the password you created on initial login.

If you cannot log in after confirming that you are using the correct username and password, try logging in using a private or incognito browser window.
