All keys distributed must first be requested using the TDX Key Request form, and the request must be approved.
Key request and distribution
When a key request ticket is submitted in TDX, it will be assigned to the Key Office, and designated staff will receive an email with a link to the ticket.
Click the "View ticket in users portal" button.
Notification to pick up key after 5, 10,15 day is automated? Notification needs to be sent to key office if ticket is cancelled in addition to requestor so key can be returned to cabinet.
