Running Data Warehouse Reports with Excel

Run standardized Data Warehouse reports of historical BASIS data using the SAS Add-in for Excel. Data Warehouse access is required before running reports, and the SAS Add-in and ODBC driver must be installed.

  1. Install the SAS Add-in for Excel.
  2. Open Excel.
  3. From the SAS ribbon, click Reports.
  4. Double-click the U of A Standardized Reports folder.
  5. Double-click the category folder that you need. 
  6. Select a report to open.
  7. Complete the pop-up form, and click Run.

When off campus, you must connect to the campus VPN to access Data Warehouse.
