Technology Purchase Requests

This  is for items requested during the fiscal year that are not part of that fiscal year life cycle purchases. The department is responsible for providing justification and out of cycle funding of the approved initial purchase.  The purchased equipment is then added to the division life cycle funding for future replacement. 

If funding for technology is provided by a source other than the department the justification needs to include why this equipment should become part of the division life cycle funding. The Division of Student Affairs does not cover costs of equipment requested outside of scheduled lifecycle purchases. If request is approved, the department is responsible for funding.
