Remotely wipe data from phone or other mobile device

Summary

If your phone or other mobile device has been replaced or is lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, you can protect your identity by remotely wiping sensitive UARK data (Outlook email, calendar, contacts and file data) from the device using Outlook on the web.

If your phone or other mobile device has been replaced or is lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, you can protect your identity by remotely wiping sensitive data from the device.

Note: Phones can no longer be wiped using Outlook settings. You will now use the Find My Device phone app. 

iOS (iPhone/iPad) 

  1. Go to: 
    icloud.com/find
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Select the device.
  4. Choose Erase This Device.

Android 

  1. Go to: 
    www.google.com/android/find
  2. Sign in with your Google account.
  3. Select the device.
  4. Choose Erase device.
