Use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.
How to find your ticket requests
- Navigate to the UARK Help Portal: help.uark.edu
- In the top right corner, click Sign In
- From the homepage, Click View My Tickets
- Alternately, at the top of the page, click Services
- On the sub-menu, click Ticket Requests
On this page, you can see all of your ticket requests. Use the filters at the top to view requests by status class, department, service, and more.
To view details about a request, click its name.
