Overview 

This guide helps Program Administrators quickly begin using Ideal Logic, the university platform used to manage program registrations, participants, attendance, and reports. 

Program Administrators use Ideal Logic to manage the full lifecycle of a program or event, including registering participants, editing registrations, processing cancellations or refunds, tracking attendance, and generating reports. 

This Quick Start guide provides a recommended starting point and links to step-by-step KBAs for common administrative tasks.

Access 

Ideal Logic is accessed through a web browser provided by your department or program. 

1. Open a web browser.  

2. Navigate to your program’s Ideal Logic administrator portal.  

3. Sign in using your assigned administrator credentials.  

* If you are registered for an event or have a child in camp, you will also see a tab on the side called Campus Home. That is not where you will manage their event. That is where you manage registrations.
